Initially company took small projects in government for supply of pumpsets under various schemes. By 1980 GREEN REVELOUTION had picked up the pace and company contributed it's efforts by supplying agricultural pumpsets including monoblocs, diesel engines and generators. Since beginning company believed in philoshopy of enduring the best products and services. In year 1976, M/s Dhandha Yutha Pani Foundry and M/s Mahendra Industries joined hands with the company to supply and deliver the best products and services in M.P. Market. Since then the company has been catering to complete M.P. Market. Considering the spread of the customer, a decision was taken in early 1980 to appoint dealers throughout the length and breath of the state. The dealer took the responsibility of promoting and taking care of the service requirements, to meet demands of the customer.

1985, by this time the products had good hold in the agricultural market and at the same time demands of expertise water supply contractors were increasing for water supply and sewage scheme. The company with a strong technical expertise entered in to the market, water supply schems included prerlimerary designing, selections, supply commissioning, trial and testing of the pumps included Vertical Turbine pumps, Horizontal split casing pumps, centrifugal pumps, axial flow pumps and other specialty pumps. In 1988 Company was registered in S-V & SIV Category i.e. estimated value of contracts under PH.E & irrigation.

In year 1990-91 company entered its products mix with KSB Submersible pumpsets. The company with its hard & hearted efforts and customer services were awarded with BEST DEALER under national level for subsequently 1989 & 1990 year, company by this time has already registered in MPLUN, MKARKFED, M.P. AGRO, and were taking large share in pump set.

By 1991 company had got significant progress in Agricultural, Government and Domestic market. The company achieved a great success in supply and erection of pumps of best standard and special application, all of them were put into working with a dedicated team and expertise.

By 1992, Company joined hands with M/s Crompton Greaves Ltd., for their high range of A.C. Induction motors and M/s Beacon Weir Ltd., for their Horizontal Split casing pumps. The specialty pumps like vertical turbine pumps and slurry pumps were delivered through M/s Greaves Limited. Other specialty pumps for water supply schemes were from M/s Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., 1994 onwards the company had obtained a optimum products mix to cater to Industrial market.

Today the company's range of products finds application in almost every sector of State and Industries, starting with compressors to submersible in bore wells, pumps for domestic and agricultural usages. The company started to public sector organization like MPLUN, MARKFED, M.P. ARGO, Govt. of M.P. organization like PHED, MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, PWD, MPEB, or Central Govt. organization like BANK NOTE PRESS, THERMAL POWER STATIONS, and to industrial sector including Phorma, Agro-industries, Poer, Oil, Chemicals, Textiles, Paper, Plastic, Steel etc. The company can boast of well investified range of products, which is supplier to a wide range of Industries.

The company felt the need of infrastructure to meet, maintain and improve its growth vate, accordingly company opened up branch office at Raipur, Jabalpur & Bhopal, company also increased its service station to 1000 Sq. feet and other to 10,000 Sq. feets.

The company has over a period of time has enlarged the initial distribution, branch network and dealer network has well versed statewise with 3 branches and more than 150 dealers for prompt response and easy access.
