Features

Series 'VPP' vertical submerged pumps are robust in construction. Heavy duty column pipe which supports shaft and pump assembly minimises vibration. These pumps are designed for heavy duty operation and available in various materials such as PP, GFP, UHMWPE and PVDF. Unique labyrinth sealing feature controls emission of corrosive vapours, aids protection to the drive equipment and surrounding environment.

The column pipe is generously sized to ensure mechanical stability and reduce vibration.
Labyrinth sealing feature controls emission of corrosive vapours to the atmosphere, thus aids protection to the surrounding environment.
Casing and impeller clearance can be adjusted externally.
PTFE gasket(P.no.11) between impeller and sleeve ensures leak free joint for shaft protection.
Bush bearing (P.no.8) at the bottom of the pump supports the shaft to control runout and vibraton.

Special Features

• Shaft is well protected by a confined PTFE sleeve gasket.
• Fasteners are encapsulated to avoids environmental corrosion.

• Impeller clearance can be adjusted externally for all series except series'PPM' pumps.
• Detachable discharge branch, suction and discharge flanges in series 'PPE' and 'PPM' save the expensive casing replacement costs.
• Casing and back plate of series 'PPK' pumps are offered in carbon steel (ASTM A 216 grade WCB) as a standard. S.S.316 material offered on request.
